On behalf of our client we have an immediate at permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Office/Accounts Administrator.

 

Conveniently located in the East Hull area, our client is a long-established local employer, seeking to add to their small and friendly office team.

Main duties:

 

  • Purchase and sales leger record keeping
  • Processing/reconciliation of bank receipts and payments
  • Collation of staff timesheets/working hours for in preparation for payroll processing
  • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Supporting management in an administrative capacity
  • Assisting in answering telephone calls and with visitors to site when required

 

Requirements:

 

  • An efficient and friendly team player
  • Previous Experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
  • Proficiency in using Sage Line 50 is essential
  • Highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail
