On behalf of our client we have an immediate at permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Office/Accounts Administrator.
Conveniently located in the East Hull area, our client is a long-established local employer, seeking to add to their small and friendly office team.

Main duties:
- Purchase and sales leger record keeping
- Processing/reconciliation of bank receipts and payments
- Collation of staff timesheets/working hours for in preparation for payroll processing
- Assisting with general office administration duties
- Supporting management in an administrative capacity
- Assisting in answering telephone calls and with visitors to site when required
Requirements:
- An efficient and friendly team player
- Previous Experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in using Sage Line 50 is essential
- Highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail
