Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

On Behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team who are a leading player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team to ensure compliance with AA BRC standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers on quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in food safety and quality management.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
