Client Services Project Manager

 
Location: Louth
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for project management and a strong understanding of FMCG print and packaging processes? Our Client is looking for a Client Services Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Louth.

 Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Manage and coordinate graphics and packaging projects for the client’s brand portfolio.
  • Oversee the pack change process, including artwork creation, amends, repro, proofs.
  • Maintain project and job status trackers, communicating critical milestones and escalating risks as necessary.

Briefing & Approval Process:

  • Gather and submit detailed project briefs to production teams.
  • Coordinate pre-artwork meetings, compile meeting notes, and distribute actionable next steps.
  • Advise on print and technical feasibility, collaborating closely with technical and operational teams.
  • Ensure timely approvals from relevant client departments before releasing final files.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and the print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement in collaboration with Account Management and Operations Teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a logical approach.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging, with the ability to advise on design feasibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe products is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
