Job Title: Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both reactive and planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery and equipment within the factory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure all machinery is maintained to meet production targets and high-quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and maintenance schedules.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a manufacturing environment (preferably food manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible shifts, including the possibility of weekend work when required.

Desirable:

• Experience with food manufacturing machinery or similar environments.
• Previous experience with PLCs, automation, and control systems.
