Receptionist/Administrator

 

We have an immediate vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our fun & friendly KFM Recruitment team!

With over 25 years of specialist Recruitment experience, KFM Recruitment has a long-established reputation as a market leader in the supply of temporary and permanent staff across the Hull and East Riding area.

 

The Role:

Reception is a vital role in our business, and you’ll quickly become a valued part of the KFM team and integral to the whole recruitment process - from a candidate’s first contact, through to registration, interview, and beyond.

 

Benefits:

  • £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay
  • 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (opportunity for additional hours may be available)
  • Fun & friendly team environment
  • Great Old Town location

Responsibilities include:

  • Front of the house, greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering telephones; call screening and taking accurate messages
  • Registration of candidates, guiding and assisting through the recruitment registration process
  • Completing Right to Work checks
  • Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system
  • Communicating with candidates via email and telecon

The Candidate:

  • Experienced in working in a busy reception/face-to-face customer service role
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • The ability to input data in an accurately
  • An excellent team player
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
