The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring finished products consistently meet customer expectations, internal quality standards, and industry regulations.

Working closely with production teams, you will oversee quality control procedures, carry out inspections, investigate issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement across the business.

You will also play a key role in maintaining a strong health & safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed and company policies comply with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day quality assurance processes.
  • Carry out product inspections and record findings.
  • Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain quality documentation and support audits.
  • Promote continuous improvement across production.
  • Monitor health & safety standards and support a safe working environment.
  • Ensure employees follow company procedures and legislation.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing, packaging, food, healthcare, or other regulated environment.

Experience within cardboard-based packaging would be highly advantageous, along with knowledge of industry standards such as BRCGS, PEFC, and FSC.

You will be organised, detail-focused, and confident working with teams across all levels of the business.

What's on Offer:

  • Permanent, full-time position.

  • Hybrid working between office and production facility.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Canteen facilities.
  • Profit-sharing scheme.
